Authors submitting their manuscripts to the GUJES acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The submitted manuscript is their original work and has not been published previously in any form.
• The manuscript is not under consideration for publication in any other journal.
• All co-authors (if any) have agreed to submit the manuscript to the GUJES
• The authors have obtained all necessary permissions to reuse copyrighted materials belonging to third parties (such as tables, figures, or illustrations).
• The person signing the publishing agreement is the copyright holder of the manuscript or the authorized representative of the institution that owns the copyright (in cases where the rights belong to the employer).

Upon publication in the GUJES, the authors retain full copyright ownership of their published work. However, they agree to make their articles publicly available under the terms of the latest Creative Commons Attribution–Non-Commercial (CC BY-NC) license.

This license permits others to share, reuse, and adapt the work in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the original source (GUJES).

In addition to the rights granted under this license, the authors also grant the GUJES and its publisher the right to:

• Include published articles in print or electronic collections (e.g., print-on-demand or digital compilations).
• Deposit the metadata of the published works in all relevant academic and indexing databases.

All copyrights related to the website content, design, and official logo are the exclusive property of the GUJES – University of Gharyan.
