الملخص

تُعد عملية خلط الخرسانة من المراحل الأساسية المؤثرة بصورة مباشرة على تجانس مكونات الخرسانة وخواصها في الحالتين الطازجة والمتصلدة، إذ إن اختيار زمن الخلط وطريقته يلعب دورًا مهمًا في تحديد قابلية التشغيل ومقاومة الضغط وجودة الخرسانة الناتجة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير زمن الخلط وطريقة الخلط على مرحلتين على بعض خواص الخرسانة الطازجة والمتصلدة.

اعتمدت الدراسة على برنامج عملي شمل تنفيذ خمس خلطات خرسانية باستخدام نفس نوع المواد ومصدرها، حيث استُخدمت أربع خلطات بأزمنة خلط مختلفة (3، 6، 9، و12 دقيقة) لدراسة تأثير زمن الخلط التقليدي، إضافة إلى خلطة باستخدام طريقة الخلط على مرحلتين. وقد تم تجهيز (30) مكعبًا خرسانيًا بأبعاد(150 × 150 × 150 mm)، بواقع ستة مكعبات لكل خلطة، خُصص ثلاثة منها لاختبار مقاومة الضغط عند عمر 7 أيام، وثلاثة أخرى لعمر 28 يومًا.

شملت الدراسة إجراء اختبارات الهبوط، والكثافة، ومقاومة الضغط، بالإضافة إلى الفحوصات المختبرية للمواد الأولية المستخدمة وفق المواصفات القياسية المعتمدة. أظهرت النتائج انخفاضًا تدريجيًا في قيم الهبوط ومقاومة الضغط مع زيادة زمن الخلط في الخلطات التقليدية، حيث انخفضت مقاومة الضغط بعمر 28 يومًا من (41.70 MPa) في الخلطة المرجعية إلى (37.04 MPa) عند زيادة زمن الخلط إلى 12 دقيقة. كما أظهرت الخلطة المنتجة باستخدام طريقة الخلط على مرحلتين أعلى قابلية تشغيل بقيمة هبوط بلغت (18 cm)، إلا أنها سجلت مقاومة ضغط أقل مقارنة بالخلطات التقليدية ذات نسب الخلط نفسها.

وتشير النتائج بصورة عامة إلى أن زيادة زمن الخلط بعد حد معين قد تؤثر سلبًا على بعض خواص الخرسانة، كما أن تحسين قابلية التشغيل لا يعني بالضرورة تحسن مقاومة الضغط.
